- Indoor Air Treatment
VOCs Removal
Removing VOCs is crucial not just for improving indoor air quality but also for reducing their negative impact on the environment, promoting healthier lifestyles, and supporting global efforts toward sustainability.

Years
VOCs that can pose significant health risks, especially in indoor environments where concentrations can be higher.
Formaldehyde
Formaldehyde is a colorless, strong-smelling gas commonly found in various household products, building materials, and industrial processes.
The nature and severity of health effects depend on the duration and level of exposure, these can range from mild symptoms like headaches and fatigue to severe conditions such as respiratory diseases, cardiovascular issues, and even cancer.

How Does Formaldehyde Affect You?
Short-Term Exposure
Respiratory Irritation: Causes burning, coughing, wheezing, and watery eyes.
Skin Reactions: Leads to irritation, redness, and allergies.
Nausea and Headaches: Can result in dizziness and headaches.
Long-Term Exposure
Respiratory Problems: May cause asthma or bronchitis.
Cancer Risk: Increases the risk of nasopharyngeal cancer and leukemia (IARC classified carcinogen).
Sensitisation: Heightens susceptibility to health effects even at lower concentrations.

Photocatalyst
Photocatalyst is a substance that speeds up a photoreaction by absorbing light and transferring the energy to reactants.
Typically used in processes that involve the decomposition of organic pollutants

Titanium dioxide (TiO₂)
A modified nano titanium dioxide (TiO₂) is sprayed on surfaces to form a photocatalytic coating. When exposed to light, it reacts with air moisture to generate reactive oxygen and hydroxyl radicals, which break down formaldehyde and other toxins into carbon dioxide(CO₂) and water(H₂O). The photocatalyst remains effective as long as the surface is intact, and it also deodorises, kills bacteria, and purifies the air, making it ideal for VOCs removal.

❶ Sampling & Analysis
We collect air samples from different areas of the house. These samples are analysed using a specialised device that delivers immediate test results, allowing for quick identification of VOC levels.

❷ Tailoring Treatment
Specially formulated treatment agents to apply on various types of materials. For optimal treatment efficiency, it's essential to identify the material types, because different material’s properties respond differently to various treatment agents.

❸ Preparation & Protection
We will remove components like drawers and other hard-to-access areas to ensure comprehensive coverage and effective treatment. Additionally, covering or masking these sections to shield non-target areas ensures that the treatment is both precise and efficient.

❹ Precision Application
We apply a total of three distinct layers. Each layer is sprayed meticulously to guarantee comprehensive and efficient coverage by using a high-pressure spray system to evenly apply a fine mist of the treatment agent onto the surfaces. This technique ensures the formation of a nanolayer that adheres to the surface, creating a uniform photocatalytic coating.

❺ Curing & Longevity
The treatment agent will be touch-dry within 3 hours of application. For optimal results and complete curing, it is essential to allow the surface to remain undisturbed for a full 3 days. Once fully cured, the coating will provide long-lasting protection maintaining its effectiveness indefinitely.

❻ Safety Verification
Following the treatment, we will conduct a subsequent round of sampling and analysis to verify that pollution levels have been reduced to within safe limits. This ensures that the treatment has effectively mitigated contaminants to a safe occupancy level. This additional verification provides assurance that the property is now safe to live in.
